RTP Render Filter 1.0
RTP Render Filter is an audio/video encoder and RTP transmitter. You can transfer any multimedia stream, that can be opened in Directshow and transmit it using standardized means.

- Audio Encoders: G.711a/u, G.729, AMR-NB (all)
- Stream alterations: Video resizing, Frame-rate adjustment, Bitrate adjustment
