RTP AV Render Filter
RTP Render Filter is a Directshow Filter, with the purpose to
render video to the network using standards such as RTP and RTSP.

It includes both packetizers and encoders for all available
codecs.
These standards are supported:
Video features:
Audio features:
- G.711-aLaw/uLaw
- G.729
- AMR-NB 0-7
Functional features:
- Resize Video before encoding (Linear and Cubic
Interpolation)
- Freely choosable video and audio destination
- Video: Max. Packetsize, Bitrate, Framerate, I-Frame
Frequency
- Audio: Max. Packet duration (ms)
This version is still in a beta state, but we
would like you to download and test it. Perhaps give us feedback on
what works or still needs improvement.

What doesn't yet work:
- It is currently not possible to connect to the RTP Source
Filter
- H.264 is still under development and therefore not yet
available
- AAC / MPEG-4 Audio is still under development and therefore
not yet available
Known Issues:
- You may experience high CPU utilization at some time or
audio stuttering.
- H.263 must be resized to xCIF resolutions
- Sometimes the standard audio decoder for MP3 doesn't work,
try using a different audio decoder if you hear no sound
