Licensing

Developer License

Developer License allows 1 developer to install SilverSuite and use the libraries (or its derivatives) for development. Each additional developer working on components or applications that include or make direct/indirect use of SilverSuite will also have to obtain an Additional License.

Site Wide License

Site Wide License allows unlimted developers to install SilverSuite and use the libraries (or its derivatives) for development at a single physical address.

Enterprice License

Enterprise License allows unlimted developers to install SilverSuite and use the libraries (or its derivatives) for development.

Do I need a license for my build machine?

No. If you don't use your build machine to do active development of your application, you will not be required to purchase an additional license.

Are there any royalties?

There are no royalties. As a license holder you are free to distribute SilverSuite along with your application.

When is an additional License required?

Each machine which is used for development of applications and makes use of MediaSuite requires a license.
This includes: The choice to develop an SDK based on our technology. If SilverSuite is used as part of an SDK, each third party (and their derivate parts), including customers, will be liable for a license.
