H.263 Decoder for .NET

H.263 decoder for Microsoft .NET can be used to build all kinds of media enabled software with any .NET capable language. It's simple interface gets you started in no time at all.

It is implemented according to the ITU-T recommendation for H.263 and provides following features, along with the baseline profile:

Licensing H.263 Decoder.NET grants 2 months of free support and free upgrades within one major version (but a minimum of 1 year).
Support can be extended by 1 year increments within the extended support program, which also includes faster response times,
additional utilities and participation in our oncoming beta programs.
